Labour Market Information (LMI) helps us understand the world of work, both now and in the future. It provides valuable information about local job opportunities; the skills employers are looking for and the qualifications needed to enter different careers.
LMI also helps young people explore career pathways by providing information about job roles, routes into employment, expected salaries and opportunities for progression. Most importantly, it highlights which industries are growing and the types of jobs and skills that are likely to be in demand in the future.
