Welcome to Bowman Academy
On behalf of the pupils, staff and governors, and the Community Inclusive Trust (CIT), I would like to welcome you to Bowman Academy.
As part of a family of schools within CIT, Bowman can draw on the expertise across the Trust and central team to provide the highest levels of education and care for our pupils.
Bowman Academy is a specialist all-through school for pupils aged 4-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Admissions to the school is for pupils with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) issued by the Local Authority.
We provide a tailored curriculum designed to prepare pupils to be confident, successful and resilient individuals who make outstanding progress and are prepared for life after school. Furthermore, we offer a wide range of therapies and extra curricular activities to provide outstanding personal development opportunties and outcomes.
