Become a Governor at Bowman Academy

Bowman Academy is a specialist all-through school for pupils aged 4-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The school opened last year (sharing a Local School Board with its sister school – Foxfields Academy). Now a year on, we are looking to build our own governing body.

We would like our Bowman governors to be a committed team serving as a key link between the Trust Board, parents/carers and the local community. They will monitor the performance of the school, advising the Trustees on what’s going well and of any concerns.
